Something I was thinking about regarding Wrath of the Dragon.

Assuming we treated it as canon to some extent (an obvious exclusion been Bulma giving Tapion a time machine at the end of it as Dragon Ball Super contradicts that) and ruled out either Shenron or Porunga been used to simply wish for the box to be unlocked, do you think there would be another way to open the music box containing Tapion?

I ask as I find it unusual that Hoi was able to open the music box containing Minotia, but needed the Dragon Balls to open the music box containing Tapion.

Curious to see what you guys think.
