Even if we assume that Bojack that hard lost to SS2 Gohan competes aganist Hatchiyack, who won Master SS Goku & Gohan, Grade 2 (they looked like Master SS but let's say it's grade 2 so we're not making him overpower) Vegeta & Trunks and post HTC Piccolo who's in the same tier as a Grade 2 SS, he wouldn't have the mindset to get the w
Hatchiyak lost because 5 minds were able to find in the neck of time Hatchiyak's weak point. 3 of them being Goku, Vegeta and Piccolo, considered by DB standards prodigies and geniouses of fighting. So, should Bojack, a guy showed to be arrogant in battle, only using brute force and easy to frustrate mentally, able to see his weakpoint? Not a chance in my opinion.
I think Hatchiyak from what we can gather from his film should be compared to first movie Broly or even Majin Buu
