Let me just say to those who don't know, that Mr. Popo's Pecking Order is a sort of meme that spawned from the online paordy of DBZ by Team Four Star. In the series, Mr. Popo is shown to be a complete opposite of his main series counter part, being considered by most as the most powerful and malevolent being in the world... Maybe even the universe. Below is a page on the Villain Wikia for him. Team Four Star is known for some pretty rough stuff, so read at your own risk.

As I thought about this, I began to wonder if even a shred of this could be true... and the answer is astounding. The True Pecking Order is revealed here!
Mr. Popo is a kind and slightly racist character within the DBZ universe. (I don't mind it a bit. Black, white, or censorship blue, Popo is one of the best characters in the series. but 4Kids sure didn't see it this way though.) He served as a sort of aide to Kami and Keeper of the Lookout. He was shown to train Goku who had drank the Ultra Holy Water and defeated Demon King Piccolo. He ate a Freaking Kamehameha! It is stated that he is weaker than Kami, yet he is stronger than Piccolo who IS Kami. Piccolo was younger too! One might wonder why Popo didn't fight Piccolo in Goku's stead, but the answer is clear. Piccolo dies, Kami dies. An aide does not kill his master. What kind of servant would he be if he did? But he is stronger still. Another fight that he took place in DBZ happened in the Buu saga. He unintentionally had to fight Goten and Trunks. They had him on the run, but we must realize that he DIDN'T want to hurt them as they would become the Earth's last hope once Goku was gone. Goten even kicked Popo, but Popo showed no sign of injury. At the time, Goten and Trunks were in Super Saiyan, so that says a lot. I would roughly estimate Goten and Trunks to be AT LEAST Goku's power level on Namek. If I were to highball it, I would say that they were as powerful as Mastered Super Saiyan Goku. This means, that for Mr. Popo to successfully fight against them and come to what would be know to me as a draw (Because what servant of the guardian of earth harms the Earth's only hope?) If he had tried. I would say that he would be on par at least. This means that Mr. Popo would have easily defeated Raditz, smoked Vegeta and Nappa, and mercilessly obliterated Frieza. However, I will go further. Goten and Trunks were both Super Saiyans and he fought them both. He has within him the power of 2X Super Saiyans. This means that Mr. Popo has the strength of a Super Saiyan 2. Enough to defeat Cell. Cell is shown to be one of the strongest fighters in the Universe besides Majin Buu. The only other Above Buu being Beerus (And his attendant Whis) Frieza was told this by his Father, King Cold, who says that Frieza is powerful, but must never challenge the likes of Majin Buu and Beerus the destroyer. If Mr. Popo is stronger than Cell, then that makes him third in line to the most powerful being in the seventh Universe (Barring Whis and the newly risen Goku and friends.) This means that every threat that came to earth before Majin Buu would have been nothing for Popo to handle. Piccolo woudn't have died and and nobody would have had to go to Namek. Frieza could have been easily defeated by Popo when he came to earth with his Father. The Androids and Cell would have been destroyed and Future Trunks' future would have been easy going. So why hide on the look out when all of this is happening? I'll tell you why. Mr. Popo is the Whis to Kami's Beerus. One is the master, the other the servant AND teacher. Just as it's not Whis' job to destroy things, it's not Mr. Popo's job to defend the Earth in Kami's stead. Mr. Popo, though seemingly pure of heart, does not take the job of Kami because he doesn't feel he was ever meant to. He has served every Kami in the past, and will serve every Kami in the future. This ALSO speaks to his height in the pecking order, as Popo has served so many of the other Kami in the past, some of which (Probably all) dying of old age. This tells me that Popo is immortal. YES IMMORTAL. LIKE GARLIC JR. AND ZAMASU! He could survive Buu and resist Beerus' Hakai. Beerus is stronger, but not immortal, and even HE must have his limits. Against a foe that can't be killed... Popo would certainly outlast him. Popo is powerful, and though not as strong physically as Buu and Beerus, he would still come out on top because he can't die. Truth is, we don't really know for sure how powerful the kind hearted Majin (or whatever he actually is besides awesome) is behind those subtly eerie, wide eyes, but one thing is for sure. His Pecking Order is true. And to defy Mr. Dumpling Popo is to invite death...
